Description

The LINK is a design and planning proposal that presents an effective middle market solution that removes economic, health, and social barriers to attainably priced housing that supports aging in place with active, healthy, and connected lifestyles. As our senior population continues to grow, so does the middle market segment and the lack of appropriate housing to address their needs. Panelists will present in detail the planning and design innovations of this flexible prototype (appropriate for urban infill in secondary markets, suburbs, or as part of a larger project) while conducting a broader discussion on supporting its implementation within the market.
