What background and education makes the most effective leader in a design and construction team? Judging from this panel of highly successful and effective leaders from top ranked health systems across the country, there is no one answer. This panel tackles the challenging topic of how female leaders can break the stigma surrounding traditional career paths in the industry and share insights on how they each have carved their own trajectory. They’ll share their insights from navigating their careers and how their backgrounds inform the decisions they make, and provide thoughts on what the industry needs to focus on to highlight the value of multifaceted perspectives.
