Description
Sooner or later most professionals who design, engineer or build complex buildings will encounter a claim against their errors and omissions insurance. No matter how hard you try, there is no such thing as a perfect set of documents. Occasionally it is a simple misunderstanding among the players that develops into major issues. Has this happened to you – yet? This workshop is for you. Led by an attorney specialist in A-E-C errors and a leading omissions insurance claims management advisor, you will work through situations where managing your errors or omissions can make the difference.
Conducted in a workshop style format - strictly limited to the first 64 attendees in the room. Hosted by Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) and Texas A&M’s Center for Health Systems & Design as part of a “Lessons Learned” series.
