Description
Ever been skewered by a contract that didn’t protect you? Or confused by different off-the -shelf contract templates? Or just perplexed by what’s still relevant from previous contracts? This workshop is for you. Your project may have unique requirements, need special language, a customized contract form or there’s a different project delivery method. Led by attorneys who specialize in A-E-C contracting, you will work through situations where contract types and language can simply make or break the success of your project.
Conducted in a workshop style format - strictly limited to the first 64 attendees in the room. Hosted by Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) and Texas A&M’s Center for Health Systems & Design as part of a “Lessons Learned” series.
