Speaker(s)
Description
Affordable housing should never mean a sacrifice in quality and comfortability for seniors. Instead, we recognize the importance of creating synergies and environments that increase the quality of life for the residents. These presenters will tell the story of two affordable assisted/independent living campuses. Each campus represents a gateway community for affordable housing in their city and the many hurdles encountered along the way. Presenters will share the challenges they faced, the successes they have seen, and insights to help you and your project(s). See how we can create equity and integrity for residents living in affordable housing. HSW: Yes
