Description

Ventana by Buckner:  The story of the Ventana community in Dallas is a tale of many challenges.  Join us to hear the results of the SAGE multi-disciplinary team’s study of this award winning, high-rise Life Plan Community, on an infill site, in one of Dallas’ most desirable neighborhoods, and how they overcame the myriad of challenges they faced.  Did we mention that they also opened in the middle of a global pandemic?

This session will provide design inspiration and evidence on good design practices that attendees can apply to their next project, or even improve current conditions.
