Description
The Village on Morehead in Charlotte will offer 192 high-end independent living units including luxury penthouse suites. Its 12 stories and almost 400,000 square feet house enclosed and secured resident parking, many amenities, and on-site concierge and culinary staff.
Nestled in the Morehead corridor that connects the historic neighborhoods of Dilworth, Myers Park, and Eastover, The Village on Morehead will add to the revitalization of the area. Integrated within the community, the project boasts patio dining along the streetscape as well as convenient, direct access for bicycling and dog walking. Spacious units offer modern technologies and a traditional design, with integrated roller shades, quartz countertops, and premium fixtures. An array of unit plan layouts includes dens, powder rooms, laundry rooms, walk-in closets, and wet bars.
Amenities include casual to fine dining options, wellness resources, fitness, yoga, an indoor heated pool, theater, library, and full-service salon and spa.
This tour will be led by project team members BB+M Architecture (architect), Bridgewood Property Company (developer) and Choate Construction (general contractor).
This is a hard hat tour and will be limited to the first 30 registrants.
