Description

Market studies show that the apartment has a strong impact on the purchase decision, sense of satisfaction, and feeling at home in a community. The independent living apartment design is also often given little innovative design consideration. These presenters will show a variety of design options and solutions to enhance the independent living apartment. Floor plans, finishes, window sizes, flexible customization, creative storage ideas, lighting, and technology will all be discussed. Additionally, ProMatura will share its findings from polling over 6,500 independent living residents nationally and share results from conducting hundreds of community planning seminars in a fun, interactive session.
